What you would do
- Ensure all vehicle documents, licences, insurance, and required paperwork are valid and available.
- Perform driving and administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Drive company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance with the Administration team.
- Transport staff, management, clients, visitors, and authorised persons safely.
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, damage or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations and plan efficient routes.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain records of fuel usage and vehicle movements.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip checks on assigned vehicles.
