About this role
Kimeric Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor to support drilling operations with a focus on safety, security, health and environment across offshore and onshore projects in Nigeria. The role involves promoting safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing SSHE programmes. What you would do
- Coordinate SSHE meetings, safety committees and contractor safety plans
- Monitor safety performance and identify risks to implement preventive initiatives
- Promote and improve SSHE culture and performance
- Conduct rig inspections, compliance audits, safety assessments and incident investigations
- Develop and maintain site orientation, induction, safety training and emergency management programs
- Monitor contractor compliance with SSHE standards and safety plans
- Provide SSHE support and representation on drilling projects, rig sites, moves and transportation operations
