Drill Team Quality Representative II

What you would do
- Drive the implementation of the Drill Team Quality Management Program
- Oversee Contractors’ QMS implementation
- Coordinate with company QA/QC during goods manufacturing
- Manage nonconformance and corrective action systems (NCR/DR)
- Coordinate equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis
- Manage documentation for purchased goods
- Coordinate and conduct Quality Management System assessments

- B.S. degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Experience in a closely related position and oilfield related work
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and industry standards (API, ISO 9001, ASNT, NACE)
- Advanced knowledge of ASNT inspection practices
- Advanced knowledge of T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections
- Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Course
- Experience with rig equipment and related operations
- Strong communication, organisation, writing and computer skills
- Ability to influence others without authority
