What you would do

• Design and deliver practical pre-deployment training for domestic staff
• Deliver on-the-job training for nannies, housekeepers and related personnel
• Train staff on child safety, routines, cleaning, hygiene, laundry, home organisation and professional conduct
• Assess trainees' practical competencies and recommend additional training
• Conduct follow-ups with deployed staff and provide coaching to address gaps
• Maintain training registers, assessment reports, schedules and administrative records
• Provide routine administrative support when training is not in progress
• Coordinate specialist support for advanced cooking and chef training modules when required
