What you would do
- Provide execution and on-the-job trainings to distribution partners and field teams.
- Assign sales, distribution, and execution targets to distributors and follow up on them.
- Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners to communicate strategy and KPIs.
- Develop annual business plans with distribution partners.
- Secure agreement on distribution plans, forecasts, and investment needs.
- Manage applicable budgets such as incentive, trade, and POS budgets.
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and utilise reports for opportunities.
- Ensure distributors submit data into company systems accurately and timely.
- Hold distributors accountable for data submission and performance.
