Distribution Partner Specialist - Abuja

What you would do
- Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners to align on strategy and review KPIs
- Assign and monitor sales, distribution, and execution targets for distribution partners
- Provide trainings and coaching to distribution partners and field teams
- Develop annual business plans with distribution partners, including distribution, volume and KPI targets
- Secure agreement on distribution plans, monthly/channel allocations and sales forecasts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to issue ongoing updates against allocations
- Manage budgets such as incentive, trade, and POS budgets
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and utilise reports for opportunities
- Ensure distribution partners submit timely and accurate data into company systems
- Hold partners accountable for data submission and performance tracking

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- +3 years of outstanding sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (beverage preferred)
- Experience with distributors and suppliers
- Multi-channel exposure: General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, On Premise
- Proven track record in team management and leadership
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate distribution partners
- Ability to work independently, be organized and manage planning, time and resources
