About this role
A dispatch rider role based in Lagos responsible for picking up and delivering food orders from Above Lifestyle’s restaurant locations to customers, with an emphasis on timely delivery and good customer service. Suitable for candidates with a minimum of SSCE/GCE/NECO and 2–4 years of experience who can navigate well and maintain vehicle standards.
What you would do
- Pick up food orders from designated restaurant locations and deliver to customers within the time frame
- Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Ensure orders are handled accurately and report issues to the restaurant team
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle in line with company standards
- Communicate delivery status and any issues with the restaurant team and customers
