Dispatch Manager - B2C Supply Chain

What you would do
- Coordinate all loading and dispatch activities to ensure timely customer deliveries
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, transporters, and third-party logistics providers
- Monitor logistics performance and identify gaps to implement improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of annual logistics plans, work programmes, and budgets
- Ensure transportation and dispatch activities comply with laws and company requirements
- Manage outbound logistics to achieve efficient truck turnaround and correct quantities
- Support process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Oversee loading, dispatch, and warehouse coordination as part of end-to-end supply chain
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise distribution operations

- Professional certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (added advantage)
- BSc or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management or related discipline
- Minimum of five years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse or supply chain operations
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, dispatch and warehouse operations
- Strong planning, scheduling and coordination capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational performance
