About this role

Role focused on overseeing all schools in a defined North-West Nigeria territory, ensuring performance, learning outcomes, and financial sustainability. What you would do

• Manage direct reporting lines with Regional Managers, L&D Manager, and Programme Manager.
• Ensure the success of schools in the territory by meeting learning and management metrics.
• Utilise data from multiple sources to monitor school performance and create safe learning environments.
• Support school events and community engagement activities.
• Oversee budgets, prevent fraud, and maintain financial discipline within the Schools group.
• Ensure schools prepare for government-proctored exams and meet regulatory requirements.
