About this role

A Director of Schools oversees the performance and delivery of all programmes in schools within a territory, ensuring teaching quality, student outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and compliance. What you would do

• Oversee school performance and KPIs across the territory
• Lead and manage regional managers, supervisors and programme staff

• Observe schools and engage with stakeholders in the community
• Support school events, enrollment efforts and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate leadership development, staff transitions, budgeting and financial discipline
