Director, Consumer Value Proposition

About this role

Lead the Consumer Value Proposition team for West & Central Africa from Lagos, setting strategic product direction based on regional priorities and driving initiatives to grow revenue while collaborating with sales, operations and other product teams. The role requires a senior product leader with strong execution, business acumen and leadership and influencing skills to attract, develop and retain talent.

What you would do

• Lead and inspire the West & Central Africa CVP team.
• Localise global products to meet market needs.
• Launch new products and expand coverage to new markets.
• Engage with clients to co-create solutions and drive adoption.
• Manage performance against business metrics and the WCA scorecard.
• Work on-site for at least 3 days in the office.
