Director, Business Development and Parnerships
About this role
A senior leadership role responsible for driving business development, market expansion, product/service development and strategic partnerships across Intersect Consortium and its portfolio. It targets professionals with strong multi-industry experience and a track record in growing revenue, including government and private-sector engagement.
What you would do
- Set up and oversee consortium-wide business development standards and targets
- Identify markets, sectors and opportunities across entities and translate strategy into commercial initiatives
- Lead growth diagnostics to identify barriers and opportunities for revenue enhancement
- Develop and package sellable products and services, including pricing, go-to-market plans and bundles
- Develop government-sector and private-sector engagement strategies and pipelines
- Manage and coach the business development team and foster cross-selling across the consortium

- 8-12+ years in business development, commercial strategy, sales, partnerships or growth
- Experience in product/service development and strategic partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications)
