About this role

Direct Sales Executive – Asset Management (Distribution and Sales) is a full-time role for outsourced direct sales agents focused on Lagos, with operations in Abuja and Lagos. The role involves sourcing, onboarding and converting clients to meet investment targets and building a solid sales pipeline for the asset management product.

What you would do

• Market and sell the flagship asset management product to individual and corporate prospects.
• Source and onboard at least 100 new accounts per month.
• Achieve and maintain an AuM/CABAL of N30,000,000 – N100,000,000 per agent.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field prospecting.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation, KYC and account opening.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

• OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within financial services, banking, or asset management.
• Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Resides in or has strong market knowledge of Lagos.
