Direct Sales Agent

About this role

The Direct Sales Agent will drive new customer acquisition and promote the bank’s products to meet sales targets. Based in Lagos, the role involves engaging individuals and businesses and building relationships to support retention and referrals.

What you would do

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
