Direct Field Sales Agent

About this role

Role is Direct Field Sales Agent in Lagos, offered on a contract basis with performance-based commission. You will identify and onboard merchants in Lagos, conduct product demonstrations, and convert them into active paying customers, reporting to the GTM Lead or Business Development Manager.

What you would do

• Make 5 to 10 structured merchant visits daily within the assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects and focus on high-potential businesses.
• Demonstrate products and close new merchant accounts.
• Achieve a target of 50 live and active stores monthly.
• Collect complete KYC/KYB documentation during onboarding.
• Generate merchant referrals from onboarded customers.

• 2-3 years' experience in field sales, direct sales, retail distribution, or merchant acquisition.
• Persuasive, resilient and target-driven.
• Comfortable with cold visits and face-to-face selling.
• Familiar with major commercial hubs and retail areas across Lagos.
