Digital Services Officer
About this role
Digital Services Officer role based in Lagos, working with Stanbic IBTC Bank to monitor and support mobile and internet banking platforms, design solutions to improve service delivery, and provide second‑level application support for e‑channels. Suitable for candidates with IT operations experience and relevant technical knowledge.
What you would do
- Generate reports from the platform for reporting and troubleshooting
- Design proactive solutions to improve service delivery on two channels
- Monitor SMS and email alerts for optimal performance
- Manage mobile and internet banking platforms for optimum performance
- Provide reports with high accuracy for business decision making
- Offer second‑level support for branches on mobile and internet banking applications
What they are asking for
- 1–2 years of IT operations experience
- BSc in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Professional certifications such as Oracle or MCSA can be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Java can be advantageous
- Experience in application support, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage data, interpret data and support stakeholders
