What you would do
- Provide second-line support for mobile and internet banking applications to bank branches.
- Monitor performance of e-channel platforms and troubleshoot issues.
- Proactively design solutions to improve delivery of services on mobile and internet banking channels.
- Generate reports from the platform for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Monitor SMS and email alerts for optimum performance.
- Manage mobile and internet banking platforms for optimal reliability and availability.
- Provide reports that support accurate business decision making.
- Support e-channel applications such as Finacle Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, USSD, and EFT.
- Assist in ensuring high platform availability and performance.
- Develop and document process improvements related to e-channel services.
