About this role

Jumbo Sports Mart in Lagos is seeking a Digital Revenue, Ecommerce & IT Professional to own the digital revenue engine end-to-end, covering ecommerce growth, customer experience and IT support. The role aims to drive revenue across all digital channels while ensuring a smooth customer journey and supporting IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. It is suited to a KPI-focused, data-driven leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams and manage CRM data.

What you would do

• Own and deliver digital revenue targets across all channels, including lead generation, conversion optimisation, and scaling of high-performing channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns using market and competitor insights.
• Track and optimise KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and deliver data-driven performance dashboards to leadership.
• Govern CRM usage and leads, ensuring accurate lead attribution and SLA-driven follow-up across the full sales pipeline (CRM systems such as Zoho).
• Oversee all digital touchpoints (website, social, chat, WhatsApp) to deliver consistent engagement from inquiry to post-sale.
• Support IT infrastructure, systems uptime, data security, backups and disaster recovery; oversee relationships with IT/telecom vendors and manage procurement and licensing.
