Digital Marketing Manager (Solar & Energy Storage)

About this role

NEO-Earth New Energy is seeking a Lagos-based Digital Marketing Manager to drive online marketing for its lithium energy-storage and solar products. The role covers managing overseas social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, producing video content and leads for the sales team, and developing marketing assets to support residential, commercial and industrial PV-energy-storage projects. The position supports building a local operation base in Lagos and working with EPC contractors, solar installers and distributor partners across Nigeria.

What you would do

• Manage overseas social-media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos
• Produce localized content to build brand image
• Host livestreams
• Collect online leads and hand them to the sales team
• Analyse traffic-conversion data and optimise marketing strategies

• College diploma or above
• Capable of mobile shooting and Jianying video editing; able to independently produce short-form videos with hands-on overseas-social-media operation experience
• Good English reading and writing; proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is a plus
• Familiar with Nigeria's internet ecosystem; candidates with existing social-media influence are preferred
• Competent in content planning and livestream operation; aged 20 to 30
• Based in Lagos and available for offline client meetings
