About this role

Full-time onsite role in Lagos for Code Lab IT & Engineering Services as a Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent. The job supports customer engagement, lead generation and online brand visibility through outbound calls, social media activity and digital marketing tasks. Preference is given to candidates with a technical background who are tech-minded, adaptable and willing to learn.

What you would do

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and customer interactions to drive conversions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Assist in content creation, posting and engagement on company social media pages.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Assist with graphic design and marketing material creation using Canva or Adobe tools.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (preferred).
• NYSC completed or currently serving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good spoken and written English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar tools.
• Willingness and ability to be trained in cold calling, customer engagement, digital marketing and basic design.
