Based in Lagos, Stretchit Concept Limited seeks a Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer to manage its online presence, property visibility and bookings for shortlet properties, along with promotional activities. The role requires experience in a shortlet, serviced apartment, hotel or related property business and a proven track record in digital marketing.

What you would do

• Regularly update the company website with apartment availability, prices, amenities and photos.
• Manage online bookings, enquiries, availability and pricing updates.
• Manage Paystack payments and ensure booking and payment information is tracked.
• Manage all company social media platforms and maintain a consistent online presence.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, enquiries, occupancy and bookings.
• Create promotional flyers, adverts, social media creatives and videos.

• 2–3 years in relevant roles; preferably in shortlets, serviced apartments, hotels, hospitality or property management.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, property promotion or online accommodation management.
• IT savvy and comfortable managing websites and online platforms.
