About this role
Xavi Moore, a Lagos-based premium Nigerian menswear brand established in 2007, is looking for a Digital Marketer and Content Creator. The role involves managing the brand’s social media, creating content, running paid digital advertising campaigns, and updating content across social platforms and the company website. What you would do
- Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaigns to reach the right audience, generate enquiries and drive sales.
- Monitor ad performance, manage budgets and optimise ads.
- Track metrics such as reach, clicks, cost per lead and conversions.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent online presence.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Publish posts, stories, reels and other content formats.
- Engage with audience and respond to enquiries.
- Identify content trends relevant to the brand.
- Create creative concepts, scripts and content ideas for the brand.

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
- Ability to film and edit short-form videos.
- Competence in video editing tools such as CapCut and related design tools.

- Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
