What you would do
- Develop strategies to boost online revenue across digital sales channels
- Build and manage partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners
- Lead expansion into online marketplaces (eg Amazon, ASOS, eBay, etc)
- Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise customer acquisition and conversion
- Monitor ecommerce performance, customer behaviour and sales analytics
- Improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value online
- Track marketplace performance and suggest revenue growth initiatives
- Prepare regular sales performance and business development reports
- Stay informed on ecommerce trends and competitive movements
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, business development or digital sales
- Proven track record of growing online sales in retail, fashion, consumer goods or ecommerce
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify or similar
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships and online growth
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify new revenue opportunities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organisations is an advantage
