Digital Marketer

About this role

A Digital Marketer is sought to grow visibility and sales for Goonite Hygiene’s baby diaper and sanitary pad products, using digital channels and some offline marketing activities. The role targets a candidate with hands-on digital marketing experience, able to collaborate with sales and marketing teams in Lagos.

What you would do

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales
• Manage social media platforms including content planning, posting and community management
• Create and coordinate content such as graphics, short videos, reels and promotional materials
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales goals
• Monitor trends and optimise online presence and advertising campaigns
• Support market activations, product launches, events and field marketing activities

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field
• 2–4 years of digital marketing or related experience
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is an advantage
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to use Canva or CapCut or similar tools is an advantage
