Digital Marketer
About this role
A Digital Marketing Officer is sought by Eko Maintenance Limited, a facility management company in Lagos, to develop and execute digital marketing strategies. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, online engagement, lead generation, and supporting business growth by managing digital platforms, creating content, running campaigns, monitoring performance, and finding ways to improve the company’s online presence.
What you would do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and run campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Research market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms and respond to inquiries
- Produce marketing materials and coordinate multimedia content production
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Generate qualified leads and track ROI of advertising efforts
- Support website updates and apply basic SEO practices
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, online advertising and lead generation
- Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions
- Good organisational skills, creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking, adaptability to changing digital trends
