Digital Marketer
About this role
A Digital Marketer is being hired by Adventure Capital Group in Lagos for a full-time role. What you would do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence
- Create and publish content across social media, websites, email, and other channels
- Plan and run paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others
- Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO efforts
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
- Track and analyse digital marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, sales and business development teams to support acquisition and revenue growth
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree
- About 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proven experience managing social media and campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content and social media marketing
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing software
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation and project management skills
