About this role
Redswitch Collections is seeking a results‑driven Performance Digital Marketer in Lagos. The role involves planning, running and optimising paid campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and retain existing ones, while managing the performance marketing budget and tracking results. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop campaigns, ensure compliance with regulations, and report on key metrics. What you would do
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X, Snapchat and programmatic or native networks.
- Drive player acquisition and retention focusing on registrations, first deposits and reactivation.
- Manage affiliate, influencer and agency partnerships with performance-based deals and tracking.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, promo codes, UTMs and attribution.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers to lower CPA and improve ROAS.
- Collaborate with the Media & Creative team on ad creatives, matchday banners and promotions.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Operations on promotions, bonuses and campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, analyse performance and report weekly on CPA, FTDs, ROAS and retention.
- Ensure campaigns comply with advertising rules, platform policies and responsible gaming standards.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience; experience in betting, gaming, fintech or similar is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing paid ad budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA/revenue-share models and attribution tools.
- Good copywriting and creative-brief skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian sports betting market and player behaviour is advantageous.
