What you would do

• Digitise sepia and transparent logs with Neuralog software.
• Maintain uniform barcoding of logs, reports and documents.
• Verify and quality-control scanned or digitised items before archiving.
• Archive logs, technical reports and documents for easy retrieval.
• Scan, digitise and store legacy paper logs.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence from the Manager’s office.
• Perform duties with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Distribute outgoing documents in a timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality of official documents and data.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, contractors and visitors.
