What you would do

• Digitise sepia/transparent logs using Neuralog software.
• Scan, digitise, and store legacy paper logs.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents from the Manager’s office.
• Verify and perform QC on scanned or digitised logs before archiving or loading into the research database.
• Professionally archive logs, technical reports, and documents for easy retrieval.
• Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs, reports, and documents per Total Group specifications.
• Handle documents and data with confidentiality and priority.
• Ensure timeliness and high quality in deliverables.
• Distribute outgoing documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain cordial working relationships with staff, contractors, and visitors.
