Digital Growth Manager
About this role
This role is for a Digital Growth Manager at MyMedicalBank in Lagos. What you would do
- Design and optimise growth marketing strategies to attract prospects and convert leads with minimal human intervention
- Increase app downloads and online sales through traffic, conversions, and ROI improvements
- Create sales copy, blog content, video, offers, promotions and social media content
- Improve campaigns using automated bidding, real-time bidding, retargeting, SEO and Google Ads
- Develop a retention plan to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and translate improvements for the website and app
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for digital growth and allocate digital spend
- Build and maintain dashboards for actionable insights
- Develop digital calendar, plans and objectives focused on new customer acquisition
- Collaborate with brand partnerships, influencers, media and others to promote MyMedicalBank
What they are asking for
- Strong digital marketing experience with proven customer acquisition, conversion and retention across paid and organic channels
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, content marketing and social media marketing
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics and email marketing
- Solid understanding of B2B2C, SEO, SEM and paid digital media
- Basic CMS knowledge (WordPress preferred) and basic HTML
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to apply a customer journey mindset to automation and multi-channel engagement
- Ideally some basic graphic design knowledge
- Experience in creating high-impact digital content (sales copy, pitches, templates, funnels, articles, videos)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knowledge of healthcare/ICT trends is advantageous
