About this role
A remote Digital Content & Support Associate role for Lagos residents, supporting social media, content creation and customer support for Eventsenta. It is a contract position requiring independent remote work and occasional on-site events.
What you would do
- Manage and maintain social media platforms
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Create engaging social media content (graphics, short-form videos, captions, promotional materials)
- Plan and publish content aligned with marketing objectives
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram ads (setup, monitoring, optimisation)
- Support broader digital marketing activities and campaigns and monitor engagement and feedback

- Resident of Lagos, Nigeria
- Completed NYSC
- Experience in social media management, customer support, content creation, digital marketing, or related field
- Experience running Facebook/Instagram advertisements
- Proficient in CapCut
- Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tool
