Digital Ads Specialist

What you would do

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms
• Develop advertising strategies to promote properties and real estate opportunities
• Generate qualified leads and drive property enquiries, inspections and sales
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research and implement targeting and retargeting strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on ad creatives and content
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve results and ROAS
• Maintain independent and target-driven work ethic
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field (advantage)
• Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation, targeting, conversion tracking and optimisation
• Ability to analyse advertising data and deliver measurable results
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with ability to work independently and meet targets
