What you would do
- Document, log, track and escalate incidents according to procedures
- Monitor endpoint security compliance and updates
- Provide desktop support activities including desk-side assistance
- Install, configure and support desktop computers, laptops, telephony systems, networks, printers and peripherals
- Maintain desktop infrastructure with routine maintenance, patches and hot-fixes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
