Desk / Coordinating Officer

About this role

Lead Enterprise Support Company Limited is seeking Desk/Coordinating Officers for Port Harcourt, Rivers, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on building strategic business relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving sales growth for microinsurance through partners and distribution channels, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

What you would do

• Identify opportunities through cooperatives, market associations, trade unions, community groups, aggregators, clusters and other strategic channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Promote microinsurance products and cross-sell within partner networks.
• Educate customers and partners on products and processes.
• Compile and present periodic business development and performance reports.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• 2 – 3 years’ proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or related role.
• Experience in Insurance or Microinsurance is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
