Design Intern (Architect)
About this role
Five28 is hiring a Design Intern (Architect) to support their team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role targets individuals currently serving or about to start NYSC, with an interest in interior design or interior architecture. The company focuses on bespoke property development and design for residential and commercial spaces, including new builds, renovations and interiors. The intern will assist with design concepts, presentations, drawings, documentation, and site-related activities, under the guidance of the design team.
What you would do
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines
- Support site visits and other project-related activities
- Assist with developing design concepts and presentations
- Assist the design team with ongoing projects
- Support the preparation of drawings, presentations, and design documentation
- Conduct research on materials, furniture, finishes, and design concepts

- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit or similar software is an advantage
- Must be a graduate of Architecture
- Basic knowledge of relevant design principles and software
- Good eye for detail and creativity

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
