What you would do

• Coordinate furniture and interior projects from design to installation
• Work with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to design, measurements and specifications
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
• Collaborate with Design, Production and Installation teams during project execution
• Incorporate sustainability principles where applicable
• Communicate design concepts clearly to team members
• Support project management activities to meet deadlines and evolving requirements
• Assist with site measurements and production details as needed
• Contribute to overall project quality and consistency across projects
• Maintain awareness of materials, production processes and detailing relevant to furniture design

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect or eligible for ARCON registration
• Minimum 4 years' experience in architecture, interior design, furniture, fit-out or project coordination
• Experience with furniture production or interior fit-out projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software
• Good understanding of furniture detailing, materials, measurements and production processes
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Ability to balance form and function in designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and project management abilities
