What you would do
- Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software and perform engineering calculations.
- Prepare cost estimates, conduct value engineering, and assist with project proposals and contract negotiations.
- Support procurement by developing technical specifications and evaluating supplier proposals.
- Provide technical guidance during project execution, coordinate with construction teams, and manage design changes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to integrate risk management into planning.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and project managers to align design and project milestones.

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Strong analytical and creative abilities.
- Proficient in CAD and CAE software (AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Advance Steel, AME Tank, SolidWorks, PipeFlow, Prota, ANSYS, Aspen HYSYS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Good communication skills.
