What you would do
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and examinations.
- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation, rosacea, infections, etc.).
- Assess skin types and suitability for aesthetic treatments.
- Provide or supervise aesthetic dermatology procedures (chemical peels, microneedling, etc.).
- Recommend skincare products and treatment regimens based on evidence-based practice.
- Manage complications and adverse reactions; refer cases as needed.
- Promote client satisfaction and continuity of care.
What they are asking for
- MBBS or recognised equivalent.
- recognised postgraduate qualification or specialist certification in Dermatology with current registration.
- Valid licence to practise from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Relevant clinical experience in dermatology, with aesthetic/cosmetic dermatology as an added advantage.
- Demonstrable knowledge of skin diseases, dermatological medications, cosmetic procedures and skin-rejuvenation treatments.
- Relevant training and certification for specialised aesthetic procedures, where applicable.
