Deputy Production Manager

What you would do
- Oversee daily feed production to meet quality standards and targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SON/NAFDAC requirements
- Manage raw materials and minimise waste
- Improve production efficiency and output
- Lead, schedule, and appraise production team members
- Coordinate with maintenance on equipment needs
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports
- Supervise training and communication with factory staff
- Monitor production controls and software where applicable
- Report progress to senior management
