What you would do

• Lead and direct the Internal Audit & Control Department.
• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans aligned with risk and business objectives.
• Perform daily to quarterly audits according to the audit timetable.
• Conduct pre- and post-transaction audits using established checklists.
• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of accounting, financial and operational controls.
• Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Identify risk areas and provide practical control recommendations.
• Ensure checks on all pre-disbursement transactions.
• Investigate issues and propose corrective actions for control breaches.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, risks, recommendations, and action plans.
