• Perform regular health checks on critical equipment with department and maintenance teams.
• Manage uninterrupted power distribution to meet plant requirements.
• Coordinate with NEPA/JOS authorities for grid power usage.
• Organise in-house training on safety and maintenance for department staff.
• Address day to day operational problems and focus on energy saving.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance with section heads.
