What you would do

• Mobilise savings, current and fixed deposits from individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, traders and other business customers.
• Leverage existing customer base and relationships to grow deposit portfolios.
• Acquire new depositors while deepening relationships with current customers.
• Meet monthly deposit mobilization targets and maintain required average and closing deposit balances.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective depositors to ensure consistent inflows and portfolio growth.
• Develop relationships with market associations, business owners, corporate organisations and other potential deposit sources.
• Monitor customer deposits, follow up on maturing fixed deposits and encourage renewals and additional placements.
• Provide regular reports on deposit performance, customer acquisition, pipeline activities and progress against targets.
