What you would do

- Monitor and report idle trucks at loading locations, in transit, and help improve loading and offloading efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using reporting tools to provide operational insights.
- Record and escalate customer complaints from toll-free lines and other channels to aid prompt resolution.
- Escalate or flag unsafe driving behaviours (e.g., speeding) observed via tracking devices.
- Install and maintain all trucks tracking devices and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date.

- Diploma or OND in a relevant discipline.
- Professional certifications in logistics, fleet management, transportation, data analytics, or related fields are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data tracking, fleet monitoring, transportation operations, or a related role.
- Experience using GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
