What you would do

• Receive EPI registers, tally sheets and other data tools from SMOH and distribute to health facilities and mobile clinics
• Train field vaccinators, outreach teams and community health workers on correct use of EPI tools and reporting formats
• Help field teams develop micro-plans based on catchment data
• Compile monthly immunization and vaccination coverage data and produce reports on vaccinations, defaulters and AEFI cases
• Assist health and MEAL teams to extract data from the immunization database and generate reports per Gates Foundation and SMOH requirements
• Visit facilities to ensure data collection and reporting meet SMOH, INTERSOS and GF standards

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Public Health, Health Information Management, Statistics, Nursing or equivalent
• At least 6 months of data-management experience in an NGO
• Ability to learn and use data recording software
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• English language proficiency; knowledge of Hausa or Kanuri is an asset
