About this role
Data Entry Officer based in Enugu is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer accounts, product catalogs, inventory records and pricing data on the Moniebook platform. The role supports onboarding and account management teams to ensure clean data, fast go-lives and reliable reporting for retail customers, with metrics focused on accuracy and turnaround time.
What you would do
- Input and update merchant data including product catalogues, SKUs, pricing, inventory and customer profiles
- Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files and validate before upload
- Ensure records meet Moniebook data standards and naming conventions
- Prepare merchant accounts for onboarding with required data within timelines
- Review merchant-submitted data templates for errors and resolve gaps
- Document data entry activities and support ad-hoc data requests within SLAs

- 1-3 years in data entry or data operations in SaaS, retail tech or fintech
- Must have completed NYSC or have valid exemption
- Attention to detail with high accuracy on large data volumes
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with CRM or POS/back-office SaaS tools
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects
