About this role
Role: Data Entry Officer at Moniepoint, based in Idemili North with outsourced and hybrid work. You will input and maintain merchant data, product catalogues, inventory and pricing on the Moniebook platform, working with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to support fast go-lives and reliable reporting.
What you would do
- Enter and update merchant data including product listings, SKUs, prices, stock levels and customer records.
- Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format and completeness before upload.
- Ensure all records meet Moniebook data standards and naming conventions.
- Prepare merchant accounts for onboarding by populating required data within agreed timelines.
- Review merchant-submitted data templates for errors or missing fields and follow up to resolve gaps.
- Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers and Support teams within SLA

- 1-3 years in data entry, data operations or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, retail tech or fintech
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy across large data volumes
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
