What you would do
- Ingest data from multiple sources and build robust data pipelines
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and curate usable data tables
- Optimize data processing to control costs
- Build data orchestration, version control, and data lineage to support CI/CD
- Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into actionable data solutions
- Ensure code quality and standard across data teams
- Identify bottlenecks and improve data workflows
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in designing data models and data usage patterns
- Support data infrastructure improvements and monitoring

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of post-NYSC experience in data engineering
- Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure and access management
- Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare, health insurance, or insurance
