About this role
The role is for a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst who will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision making. It targets professionals with experience in data analytics, BI, and data visualisation, based in Lagos on a full-time basis.
What you would do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and analytical needs
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified view of performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Monitor and improve data quality, governance, and documentation of methodologies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting
- Analyse large datasets to derive trends and actionable business insights

- Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets, data modelling, reporting and BI concepts
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Python or similar tools for visualization and automation
- 2+ years’ experience in Data Analytics or BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, or related discipline
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
