Data Analyst position at Juwon Electric in Lagos. What you would do
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to evaluate lead quality, campaign performance and advertising effectiveness.
- Monitor operational metrics such as order fulfilment, cancellations, failed deliveries and returns.
- Analyse customer purchasing behaviour to improve retention and repeat purchases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems.
- Investigate unusual changes in revenue, sales, or operational performance and explain findings to management.
- Present complex findings in simple formats to management and develop dashboards and reports.
What they are asking for
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field with 2–4 years of data analysis experience.
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus; strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
