What you would do
- Manage financial records and operational documentation
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Classify outages and monitor restoration progress, generating operational reports
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify trends
- Use advanced Excel formulas and create automated dashboards
- Support management decisions with timely data analysis
- Collect, clean, analyse and interpret data for actionable insights
- Create tracking systems and reports to aid performance monitoring
- Ensure timely and reliable data reporting
- Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decisions

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar role
